Payment and Security

A: We accept a range of payment methods, including major credit cards, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay. Available options may vary depending on your region.

Orders and Shipping

A: Domestic Shipping time ranges from 1 to 2 business days.
International Shipping or Delivery time also ranges from 2 to 5 business days. Worldwide with UPS Express! Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that customs processing or courier delays may affect these estimates.
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging, including all components. To initiate a return, email us at hello@wallzap.com with the subject line “Return - [Order Number].” Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 days, minus the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For defective products or items that don’t meet the sales agreement, a full refund will be issued, including return shipping costs.
