A: We accept a range of payment methods, including major credit cards, Shopify Pay, and Google Pay. Available options may vary depending on your region.

A: Domestic Shipping time ranges from 1 to 2 business days.
International Shipping or Delivery time also ranges from 2 to 5 business days. Worldwide with UPS Express! Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that customs processing or courier delays may affect these estimates.

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging, including all components. To initiate a return, email us at hello@wallzap.com with the subject line “Return - [Order Number].” Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 days, minus the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For defective products or items that don’t meet the sales agreement, a full refund will be issued, including return shipping costs.

A: The Wallzap BASE model supports up to 2 kg, which accommodates most traditional board games, including classics like Catan and Ticket to Ride. For heavier or larger games, our DELUXE model holds up to 3 kg, ensuring your collection stays secure and stylish on display.

A: Each Box Lock set includes four magnets and protective tape, which attach to the inside edges of your game’s box and lid. This ensures the lid stays securely closed, preventing loose pieces from spilling out. It’s perfect for vertical storage and works seamlessly with our wall-mount system.

A: Getting started with Wallzap is simple! All you need is a Wallzap Wall-Mounting Kit (available in Base or Deluxe, depending on your game weight) and your favorite board games. Each kit includes everything you need for secure mounting: the wall magnet, box plate, box locks, and protective tape. Just follow the easy setup instructions, and your games will be ready for display in no time!

A: To switch games, just peel off the top layer of Box Plate Tape to release the metal plate. This design makes it simple to reuse the Box Plate by adding new tape when placing it in a different game box. The Box Plate can also be placed back in the same box if needed; however, after a couple of uses, there will be tape buildup. So make sure to not place a box plate in the same game more than twice.

A: Each kit includes everything you need to hang your board game on the wall: a magnetic wall mount, a Box Plate with adhesive, and Box Locks with protective tape. Our kits are available in multiple bundle options, so you can select the best fit for your collection.

A: Our kits come with a secure, easy-to-install wall mount that uses screws, making it compatible with most wall types. Always double-check with your specific wall material to ensure the screws are suitable. Your wall may need a special type of screw. If you are unsure check with your nearest hardware store.

A: Absolutely! We offer additional Box Plate kits, Box Locks, and multi-pack options so you can customize your display as your collection grows.

A: Each poster comes with a Wall Magnet (BASE) and screws for secure mounting. Simply attach the Wall Magnet to your wall, then place your poster onto the magnet for a perfect display.

A: Yes! Each 3D Metal Poster set includes a background motif, one or more front motifs, and a set of 3D magnets for a dynamic, layered display.

A: Absolutely! The BASE system can be used for both metal posters and board games, so you can seamlessly display your collection of board games and metal posters together.
